1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of products, software, websites, applications, services, and other offerings provided by AppZano ("AppZano", "we", "us", or "our").

Additional terms may apply to particular products, licences, subscriptions, marketplaces, or services. Where additional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific terms applicable to that product or service will generally take precedence for that product or service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the relevant AppZano product or service.

2. Eligibility

You may use AppZano products and services only where you are legally permitted to do so.

If you use AppZano on behalf of a business, organisation, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. In that case, references to "you" include that entity.

3. AppZano products

AppZano develops and distributes software and digital products across mobile, desktop, and web platforms.

Products may be provided as downloadable software, web applications, mobile applications, plugins, subscriptions, licences, or other digital services. Product features, compatibility, supported platforms, and availability may vary between products.

We may add, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features or products from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes affecting an active paid service.

4. Software licences

AppZano software is licensed, not sold. Your right to use software is governed by the applicable AppZano licence terms and any product-specific licence conditions.

Purchasing or downloading software does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, source code, trademarks, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights to you.

You must use each product within the scope of the licence purchased or otherwise granted to you. Additional information is provided in our Licensing Policy.

5. Accounts

Some AppZano products and services may be used without creating an account. An account may nevertheless be required for certain functions, including purchases, subscriptions, downloads, licence records, updates, or support.

Where you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your credentials.

You must not share account credentials in a way that provides unauthorised access to your account or any associated service.

6. Purchases and payments

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by product, platform, region, currency, or purchase method.

Where applicable, taxes such as VAT may be included in or added to the displayed price in accordance with applicable law.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers or digital marketplaces. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to the transaction.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to use a payment method that you are authorised to use.

7. Subscriptions

Certain AppZano products or services may be offered on a subscription basis. The applicable billing interval, price, renewal terms, and features will be presented before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew for the applicable billing period until cancelled.

Cancelling a subscription generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for, subject to the applicable product terms.

Where a product permits continued use of a licensed version after cancellation, cancellation may affect future updates, support, hosted services, or subscription-only features.

8. Trials and promotional offers

AppZano may offer trials, promotional pricing, free versions, or other introductory offers. The terms of a particular offer will be presented when it is made available.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers are available only once per eligible customer and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Trial access does not create a permanent entitlement to the product or to the promotional terms under which it was provided.

9. Acceptable use

You must use AppZano products and services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use AppZano to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation or security of our services, or attempt to obtain access to systems or information that you are not authorised to access.

You must not circumvent licence restrictions, activation mechanisms, technical protection measures, or other controls designed to enforce the terms under which AppZano software is provided.

10. Intellectual property

AppZano and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to AppZano software, websites, services, documentation, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, source code, and other intellectual property, except where expressly stated otherwise.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of AppZano intellectual property. They grant only the rights expressly provided under the applicable licence or service terms.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from AppZano software except where expressly permitted by applicable law or by the relevant licence.

11. Your content

Some AppZano products may allow you to create, store, process, or export content or information using the software.

You retain ownership of content that you provide to or create through AppZano, except to the extent that ownership belongs to another party.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and that your use of it does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

Unless a product specifically requires otherwise, AppZano does not claim ownership of your content merely because you use our software to process or store it.

12. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how AppZano handles personal data and information associated with our websites, products, and services.

AppZano is designed, where reasonably practical, around data minimisation and local processing. The data handled by a particular product depends on its architecture and features.

You remain responsible for determining whether a particular AppZano product is appropriate for the information you intend to process with it.

13. Third-party services

Some AppZano products may interact with third-party platforms, operating systems, payment providers, app stores, APIs, hosting providers, or other services.

Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. AppZano is not responsible for changes, interruptions, policies, availability, or failures originating from those services.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms between you and that provider.

14. Updates and support

AppZano may release bug fixes, security updates, improvements, and new versions of its products.

The availability and duration of updates and support depend on the particular product, licence, and purchase terms. Where a product includes a stated support period, that period applies only as expressly described for that product.

AppZano does not guarantee that every product will receive updates indefinitely or remain compatible with every future operating system, device, browser, or third-party service.

15. Availability

We aim to keep AppZano services reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, security events, third-party outages, network conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Offline products may continue to operate independently of AppZano services where their design permits, but certain features such as licensing, updates, downloads, synchronisation, or account functions may require connectivity.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppZano products and services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis, except where a specific warranty is expressly provided or cannot lawfully be excluded.

We do not guarantee that a product will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every particular purpose.

You are responsible for evaluating whether a product is suitable for your intended use and for maintaining appropriate backups of your own data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppZano will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from your use of or inability to use an AppZano product or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppZano's aggregate liability arising from a particular product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to AppZano for that product or service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of AppZano products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify AppZano where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an AppZano service where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, our systems, or our legal rights, including where there is a material violation of these Terms or applicable licence conditions.

Where appropriate, we will seek to provide notice before terminating an account or service unless immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Termination does not automatically extinguish rights or obligations that by their nature are intended to continue, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

20. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the AppZano Refund Policy, together with any product-specific or marketplace terms that apply to your purchase.

Nothing in our refund policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, legal requirements, or business practices.

The updated version will be published on the AppZano website with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of AppZano after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

22. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AppZano and your particular transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country or place of residence.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary where permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

24. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable product terms, licence terms, policies, and agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the relevant AppZano products and services.
