Desktop Software, Small And Fast.

We build desktop applications for Windows, macOS and Linux that start in a moment, sip memory and keep working without an internet connection — real software for the work that happens at a desk.

01Tauri & Rust

Native Speed, Tiny Footprint

Megabytes, Not Hundreds Of Them

Our desktop apps use Tauri, with a core written in Rust and an interface built on modern web technology. Instead of bundling an entire browser, Tauri uses the operating system's own web view — so installers are a fraction of the size of typical Electron apps.

Rust gives us speed and memory safety for the heavy lifting: indexing files, processing documents, encryption and search. The result is software that opens quickly and stays light while it runs.

  • Tauri
  • Rust
  • TypeScript
  • Small installers
  • Low memory use

02Local-First

Your Files, On Your Machine

Works Offline. Syncs When You Want It To.

Desktop software should work with the files you already have, wherever they live. Our apps read and write directly to local folders, keep their own data on your machine and work fully offline.

When sync is useful, it's optional and explicit — never a requirement for the app to work, and never a way to quietly move your documents somewhere else.

  • Offline by default
  • Local folders
  • Optional sync
  • Fast full-text search

03Windows, macOS & Linux

One App, Three Systems

Native On Each, Without Three Codebases

We build once and ship native installers for Windows, macOS and Linux. Menus, shortcuts, file dialogs, notifications and window controls follow the conventions of each operating system, so the app feels like it belongs there.

Every release is tested on all three platforms, on real machines, before it reaches anyone's desktop.

  • Windows 10 & 11
  • macOS
  • Linux
  • System menus & shortcuts
  • Native file dialogs

04Secure By Design

Locked Down By Default

The Operating System's Protections, Used Properly

Tauri's security model limits what the interface can reach on your system, and we only enable the capabilities each app genuinely needs. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest, with keys kept in the operating system's secure storage.

Our builds are code-signed — and notarised on macOS — so your operating system can verify where the software came from and that it hasn't been tampered with.

  • Code signing
  • Notarisation
  • Encrypted storage
  • Least privilege
  • System keychain

05Stores & Updates

Easy To Install, Easy To Keep Current

Distribution That Fits The Platform

We publish desktop apps through the Microsoft Store, the Mac App Store and Flathub, or as signed direct downloads — whichever suits the product and the people using it.

Updates arrive in place as signed packages, so people stay on the latest version without hunting for installers.

  • Microsoft Store
  • Mac App Store
  • Flathub
  • Direct downloads
  • Signed auto-updates

06Questions

Good To Know

Why Tauri instead of Electron?

Tauri uses the operating system's built-in web view rather than shipping a full browser with every app, which keeps installers small and memory use low. Its Rust core also gives us fast, memory-safe native code for demanding work.

Do your desktop apps work offline?

Yes. Our desktop software is local-first: it works fully offline, and any sync features are optional.

Which operating systems do you support?

Windows, macOS and Linux. Every release is tested on all three.

How are desktop apps updated?

Through the store they were installed from, or with signed in-place updates for direct downloads.

Is desktop software still worth building?

For focused, long-session work — documents, files, creative and professional tools — a native desktop app is often faster, more capable offline and more private than a browser tab.
